DARKO DRLJEVIC
REPRESENTATIVE EXHIBITION OF OUTSTANDING CARTOONIST
FROM MONTENEGRO
.

Darko Drljevic / MontenegroThe cartoon has always been an indicator of moods in a particular society. It could often much better than any other discipline describe in its own distinctive language the current events and express opinions on them. The cartoons also often managed to offer effective solutions, or even infallibly predict upcoming historical events. If we want to understand the history more deeply and especially feel the atmosphere of a certain period, we will do best if we look at the contemporary cartoons. In the works of the best cartoonists is always truthfully mirrored the spirit of the time and we are likely to find answers to most of our questions.
.
To such top creators undoubtedly belongs Darko Drljevic, excellent cartoonist from Montenegro, whose creative work has earned admiration as well as a large number of prestigious awards all over the world. We feel highly honored that we can bring in the Cartoon Gallery an extensive collection of his marvelous artworks.
